If you are exploring my website, then you are likely interested in talking to someone about something going on in your life right now, whether that's something that happened a long time ago that still takes up space in your mind and heart or symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or trauma or you're simply looking to talk to someone about those everyday stressors that seem to build up over time and wear you down. Whatever reason you have for being here, welcome.
Mental health is an extremely important component of our daily lives and if we are experiencing poor mental health, we are likely to feel the impact in our relationships with partners, friends, and colleagues, in our physical health, in our performance at school or work, as well as many other areas of our lives.

I believe (and research shows) that strong rapport is the foundation of every client-therapist relationship. It's important that you feel comfortable talking to me and that you are able to be your authentic self within therapy sessions. Because of this, I ask that every client schedules a free 15-30 minute phone consultation so that we can get to know each other a little and you can decide if we're a good fit before scheduling your first session.
